Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use AI Song Writer only where you are legally permitted to do so.

You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, probe infrastructure without permission, or use the service to create or distribute unlawful or infringing material.

Your inputs and generated results

You remain responsible for prompts, lyrics, audio, and other material you submit, including having the rights needed to submit and process it.

Generated results may be similar to material produced for other users and are not guaranteed to be unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Usage limits, included rights, and feature access are described on the pricing page and may differ by plan and billing interval.

Taxes, currency conversion, and payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. You authorize applicable recurring charges when starting a subscription.

Availability and changes

Model providers and other dependencies may be unavailable, delayed, or changed. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operation.

Disclaimers and liability

AI Song Writer is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that generated content will meet every legal, commercial, or creative requirement.

To the extent permitted by law, Dreamspark AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
